Resin Bound surfacing is a continuous, joint free, permeable material made from aggregate and polyurethane binders. It is mixed and laid on site as a wet-pour product and can be laid in any shape, either on a purpose built base, tarmacadam or concrete.

When mixed and spread out the aggregate and resin mix to create a very strong surface which does not lose stones and allows water to pass through the surface. If properly installed the resin bound surface should not puddle or crack lasting for many years.

Resin Bound surfaces create aesthetically pleasing driveways, patios, forecourts and paths using a durable and strong layer of high quality UV stable clear resin with the correctly blended aggregates to create an attractive finish suitable for walkways, patios and driveways.

We also carry out work for resin BOND which is a bit different to resin BOUND Instead of mixing the resin with the aggregate to make resin BOUND. For resin BOND you apply the resin directly to the existing surface and apply the aggregate over the top similar to surface dressing (tar and chip). This method is more cost effective than resin BOUND.
